Today, Indiana's Commissioner Teresa Lubbers testified in Washington, D.C. before the House of Representatives Subcommittee on Higher Education and Workforce Training. She described the issues and challenges in the areas of funding, accessibility and flexibility and she detailed the steps the Commission is taking in Indiana to address these issues.
