This month, The Lacy Leadership Association asked the Chancellor of Indiana online university WGU Indiana to write for the series, "Leadership Lessons Learned". Chancellor Allison Barber’s essay entitled, “Being a Celebratory Leader”, addresses the value of celebration in the workplace and its role in WGU Indiana’s one-year anniversary.
