April 2013

Our university was featured in Fast Company, again. Last month, we were named one of the most innovative companies in the world and this month, Bill Gates promoted our model in an interview for the magazine.

A pledge is defined as an "agreement to do." WGU Indiana has garnered 100 pledges from business and community leaders who agree to do. They agree to promote the importance of degree attainment. They agree to leverage their leadership roles to encourage individuals to go back to college. They agree to promote the value of an educated workforce.

The temperature is rising and the sun is shining a little more, which means it’s time for spring break. College students from across the country are packing cars, filling planes, and crowding beaches. WGU’s flexible, self-paced terms make it possible for you to balance work, family, and school – but what about spring break? We know you’re juggling a lot, so we’re delivering spring break to you. We’re bringing flip flops and fun to five locations across the state so you can enjoy a much-deserved breather, and the best part is that you won’t have to travel far!
